I was chatting with Ron, “the Sugar Poppa”, from NuNaturals over the December holidays and squeeing over my latest package when he said I could host another giveaway, to my utter delight. I figured to celebrate my birthday on the 16th of January I would pull a Hobbit and gift some lucky readers, because there’s nothing better than sharing one’s bounty 🙂

Each winner will get one bottle of Cherry Vanilla Stevia NuStevia, a 50 pkt box of NuStevia White Stevia Powder, a bottle of their NuStevia Cocoa Syrup (SO GOOD), and a bottle of their NuStevia Simple Syrup. Each of the 4 winners will receive the complete product selection of all 4 items with the retail value of $54.00, plus a free bonus product! Awesomeness! 😀 😀

This discount remains effective until June 30, 2015.

To show off some ways in which the products can be used I thought I’d share some of my favourite recipes featuring NuNaturals products. Every box of NuNaturals products I’ve received has included a super handy recipe booklet, just to further spark your imagination 😀 I need to make special mention of the delectable Cocoa Syrup – it’s not featured overtly in the recipes below, but that’s because I hoard it 100% for myself and use it daily over frozen banana slices, with jelly, on smoothie bowls…anything and everything you can think of. :p

  2. I would love the cocoa syrup for hot chocolate and as a topping for So Delicious coconut milk ice cream. Thanks for the giveaway!

  3. These products sound great! I think I would be most excited to try the cherry vanilla drops. Perhaps in combination with the cocoa syrup? They would make my morning oatmeal even better and I knew what I will be doing in my upcoming holidays 😀
In Germany we don’t have something like that so it would be even more exciting for me to try.
    Thanks for the giveaway!
I hope, you can see my email adress because I’m logged in with it.

    • Hi Barbara! The cocoa syrup + cherry drops is a combination I use often, especially when making decadent smoothie dessert bowls, so they would definitely work with oatmeal!

I can see your email, so good luck and thank you for entering 😀

  4. Simple Syrup sounds like it would be much easier to use in baking! jstankus425@comcast.net

    • That stuff is phenomenal – every time I saw recipes that called for maple syrup or agave (both very expensive and not exactly sugar free) I gloated rather heartily. Even just a little smidge can make a big difference! Good luck and thanks for entering Arlene!

  6. The Cherry Vanilla sounds divine. It would be perfect for my homemade Cherry Bakewell protein bars.

    • Hi Yasmine, I just googled a bakewell tart and it sounds amazing, so I can only imagine the bars must also be pretty sensational! Thank you for entering and good luck 😀

  7. Your enthusiasm has sold me on all these products (with pride of place going to the cocoa syrup, of course). This is saying a lot, since I usually eye anything involving Stevia with a beady eye of utmost suspicion. Entering!

    • W00t! The cocoa syrup is grand – it’s gotten to the point where I pour it over my breakfast cereal on my sad-for-myself days 😉

I’m also usually also super iffy about “artificial” sweeteners, but Stevia, and especially these products, are in a world of their own (and natural/plant-based to boot!). South Africans could use a lot less refined sugar and a little pinch of Stevia instead 🙂

      Good luck! 😀

  11. I would really like to try the cocoa syrup because I really love chocolate, but as I haven’t tried any of NuNatural products I’d be happy with every flavour 😀

  12. Well I want to try out basically any of these products because you’ve used them a lot in your recipes and occasionally I’ve been like; “I’m trying that,” then “Not trying that,” because I haven’t had this particular ingredient and haven’t been sure how to go about subbing for it with other sweeteners since so little of it is required! They all sound amazing – I’m intrigued by the cherry vanilla! But knowing me the cocoa would likely disappear the fastest…

    Like

    • Glee! The cocoa does disappear disappointingly quickly, despite being a huge bottle. Towards the end I open up a cap and stuff a straw down there, to my endless shame and delight 😉 Glad you entered!

  15. I’ve only used the regular liquid stevia from them and LOVED it and really want to use all their other amazing products, but the price tag hinders me from impulse buying to be creative with something like the cherry vanilla liquid stevia…. man, adding that in smoothies and soy yogurts sounds amazing…! Your recipes are always super creative and inspiring, I have such admiration! Keep up the beautiful creations! 🙂

    • Thanks for commenting Katherine! The ingredients completely transform anything you make, especially smoothies! I find I use half the fruit I would normally have because the flavour drops are just phenomenal.

Products like these may seem pricey on the outset, but I figure that if one saves up and cuts back on other random goodies it is very much worth it – this year I’ve decided to cut back on takeaway coffees and store-bought cookies to set aside money for really special ingredients that I want to experiment with. 😀 Good luck in the competition!

  16. I’m excited about all of the products because I have never used any of them before. I have seen them used in recipes and at the store but they were a little too expensive for me to buy without having a specific purpose. I don’t use sugar when baking and cooking, so I would love to be able to add sweetness to foods without all the added calories! Best wishes to everyone entering!

  17. It looks like we shared a birthday month! I hope you’ll be celebrating birthday week 🙂 .
How did I miss those brownies in the first place??? They look SO tempting. Then again, most of your recipes do – and I mean it.
The cocoa syrup is calling my name. I had it before and it’s ridiculously good.

    • 😀 I’m not big on birthdays but my little siblings are sure to insist on a fuss somehow I’m sure! When is your big day?

Thank you! And yes, that cocoa syrup is SO heavenly – it’s always amazing not to balloon twenty sizes after polishing off an entire bottle in no time at all 😉

      Like

      • True about the syrup. It’s not often for me to say “I can’t believe this is healthy!” but I did with this one.
My birthday’s on January 29th and I wouldn’t mind you sending me a cake 😉 . Unless it contained sweet potato, haha.
Oh and yes: I’ve had a mail to you semi-drafted for-ev-er. I promise it’ll be out soon.

        • I promise I don’t have any sweet potato recipes coming out anytime soon 😉 (I’m a bit off it after a holiday binge). I wish there was some Star Trek type food delivery system – would make life much tastier 😀

Awesome – I’ll keep my eyes peeled!
